Terms and Conditions

1. Our Services

We provide recurring house cleaning (every week or every two weeks), deep cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and Airbnb and vacation rental cleaning, in homes in our service area. What we clean on each visit is what we agree with you before the first cleaning. Anything not agreed is not included, and you can change what is included by telling us before a visit.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are free and do not commit you to anything. A quote is based on an estimate visit to your home: we see its size, the bedrooms and bathrooms, and agree on the type of cleaning and how often we come. You get the price before the first cleaning.

The price only changes if the job changes, for example if you add something. When that happens, we tell you the new price before we start, never after we finish.

3. Scheduling and Access

We agree on the day of each visit with you. You do not have to be home during the cleaning. If you will not be there, we agree on how we get in (a key, a code or another arrangement) at the first visit and keep the same arrangement after that, unless you tell us otherwise. You are responsible for giving us correct codes and instructions.

If we cannot get into the home at the agreed time, the visit may not happen. A CONFIRMAR com a Maria: se visita sem acesso é cobrada, e quanto.

4. Your Responsibilities

Please put away cash, jewelry, important documents and anything valuable or fragile before we arrive. Tell us about any pets in the home, and keep them in a safe place if they should not be loose while we work. Water, electricity and hot water need to be working on the day of the cleaning. Tell us about any surface or item that needs special care.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6. Payment

Prices are agreed before the service.

7. Add-Ons

The microwave is part of every regular visit. The inside of the refrigerator, the inside of the oven and a countertop toaster oven are add-ons, priced separately, and they are included only when you ask for them before the cleaning.

8. Damage and Claims

Mary Mint is insured. If you notice something damaged after a visit, tell us as soon as you can, by phone or email, with a photo if possible, and we look into it with you.

We are not responsible for damage caused by items that were already broken, loose or badly installed, or for normal wear.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. The version in effect on the day of your cleaning is the one that applies.
