Is the microwave included in a regular cleaning?
Yes. The microwave is part of every regular visit, not an extra.
What is included in a deep cleaning?
A deep cleaning reaches the parts a regular visit does not, room by room, with the baseboards, corners, switches and the top of the fan included. Inside the refrigerator, inside the oven and a countertop oven can be added.
What is on a move out cleaning checklist?
An empty house cleaned room by room so it is ready for the keys to change hands: cabinet doors, baseboards, corners and switches throughout. Inside the refrigerator and the oven can be added.
Do you clean things that are not on the checklist?
If we see something dirty, we clean it, even when it was not on the list for that day. That is Maria's rule: if it's dirty, why leave it?

It is how every visit ends: the room put back in order, toilet paper and paper towels set up, and pure mint oil that Maria dilutes herself on the cloths and on top of the cabinets. If you would rather not have the mint scent, tell us and we leave it out.
