You decide
If the price works, we agree on a day. If it does not, that is the end of it.
The price we give you after the visit only changes if the job changes, for example if you add the inside of the refrigerator or the oven. In that case we tell you before we start, never after we finish.

Size of the home
Square footage is the biggest part of how long a house takes, so it is the biggest part of the price.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Each bathroom and each bedroom adds work, so two houses of the same size can need very different visits.
Type of cleaning
A first deep cleaning reaches what a regular visit does not, so it takes longer than the visits that follow.
Frequency
A home cleaned every week or every two weeks never gets far behind, and the recurring visit reflects that.
Anything else goes in Additional Details: pets, the inside of the refrigerator or the oven, a move-out date, or a part of the house that needs extra care.

What if something gets damaged?
Mary Mint is insured. If you notice anything after a visit, tell us and we look at it with you.
Will you clean the details, or only what shows?
The microwave is part of every regular visit, and baseboards come out white. Maria's rule is simple: if it's dirty, why leave it? We clean what we see, even when it was not on the list for that day.
Will the price change after the quote?
Only if the job changes, and we tell you before we start. We do not cut what gets cleaned to make a price look smaller.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients are at work. We agree on access at the first visit and keep the same arrangement after that.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. The quote is free and does not commit you to anything.
