1. What We Collect

When you fill in the quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code, and the details you give us about your home: the type of cleaning, the size of the space, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the date you prefer, how often you would like us to come, and anything you write in Additional Details.

When you call us, text us or message us, we keep the contact details and the information you share in that conversation.

We do not collect payment card details on this website.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to prepare your quote, to schedule and carry out the cleaning, to contact you about a visit, to answer your questions, and to keep the records a business needs to keep. We also use it to understand how people find us, so we can improve the website.

3. Phone Calls and Text Messages

When you send the quote form, you agree that Mary Mint Home Care & Cleaning may contact you by phone call, text message or email about your request and about the service you book with us. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying any service.

We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with anyone for their own marketing.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. The only people who see it are the ones who need it to do the work: Maria, the team cleaning your home, and the service providers that run our website, forms, phone, email and scheduling, who act on our instructions. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages people read and how they arrive. It uses cookies and may record technical information such as your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you visit. We use it only to improve the website, never to identify you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website still works.

6. How Long We Keep It

Quote requests that do not become a booking are kept while they are useful and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as you are a client, and afterwards for as long as tax and business records require.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Call or write to us using the contact details at the end of this page.

8. Photos Taken in Your Home

We do not publish photos taken inside your home, or your name or address, without your permission. Photos in our gallery never show anything that identifies a household.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
